The Defense Lawyers Association of Wyoming is once again traveling for its 2026 annual meeting to another unique location!  We will be headed to Deadwood, South Dakota on June 10-12.  The meeting will take place in the Spring Hill Suites by Marriott at Cadillac Jack’s Hotels and Suites, along with a room block for DLAW.  The room rate is:

            Wednesday:  $139++

            Thursday:  $209++

            Taxes & Fees are subject to $6.00 room per night occupancy fee plus a local tax of 8.7% and a parking fee of $14.95 with taxes.

Use the Fillable Sponsorship Commitment form or print and complete the Sponsorship Commitment form to sign up and join us for our fun annual meeting.  Email completed forms to pschultz@wyodlaw.org Payments are not due until May 1, 2026.    

Just a reminder that the Welcome Reception is on Wednesday evening with setup for you around 1:00 pm.  

Take down is after lunch on Friday.  More to come on all of this with final details.
